Currently in bed doing nothing, what a perfect way to spend a Sunday.
My back is killing me. I've been doing some yoga (on and off to be honest) lately, I'm trying to become a bit more mindfull and a lot less stressed out. So yes, I've turned to yoga hoping it'll be my guide to a calmer state of mind.
So this is Adriene and her yoga challenge, which is the one I am currently following, along with a morning routine and a routine before bed. Not trying to overdo it (um are you sure because it really sounds like you are) but I need to strengthen my body and my mind, and I'm a sucker för routines... So there's that.
